Franco-Acadien hip-hop crew Radio Radio released their album Havre de Grâce last spring, and now the onetime Polaris Music Prize shortlist nominees have announced their latest plan to roll out new music. This will take the form of an online subscription series that will offer exclusive music each month.
The band have launched a new website at laradioradio.com, which offers subscriptions for $10 per year. For this price, fans will get access to exclusive monthly content including singles, collaborations, freestyles and remixes. Each release with come with original artwork created by a visual collaborator.
Content will arrive on the first Monday of every month. Those who subscribe between now and May 31, 2014, will get access to all of the music made available over the year. On the Friday preceding the monthly release, Espace-Musique's Vi@Fehmiu show will premiere one new song.
This June's package includes a video for an unreleased song called "French Forever (feat. Maridee)," plus a Lunice remix of "Ej savais pas mieux."
