R. Kelly Autobiography Actually Called 'Soula Coaster: The Diary of Me'
Back in the spring, basically bat-shit-crazy R&B singer R. Kelly announced he'd be dropping an autobiography this year called Soula Coaster: The Diary of Me. If you doubted that the singer could actually release something with such a heinous title, consider both his 2003 LP Chocolate Factory and the tome's cover, which you can see above.

So, that's Kelly up there, looking all humble-like in a Jesus Christ pose. For the record, we're pretty sure that other martyr wore something a little more casual than a swank tux.

All sorts of bizarre tidbits could be covered in the text, from his affair with Aaliyah to his almost career-derailing child pornography case to how he came up with out-there gems like "Real Talk" and the epic "Trapped in the Closet." It will be a page-turner, no doubt. If we're lucky, maybe Kells' singing-what-I'm-doing approach will lead to a couple tunes about writing the book, but maybe not reading it?

While we have the cover, a release date has yet to be set for Soula Coaster: The Diary of Me. The book was written with the aid of David Ritz.
