Following a year-long battle with cancer, vocalist Michael "Micky Fitz" Fitzsimmons of English Oi! punks the Business has died.

Near the end of 2015, Fitzsimmons had been diagnosed with cancer of the lymph gland and had been undergoing radiotherapy treatment.

The Business formed in 1979 in Lewisham, South London, releasing records through EpitaphTaang!BYOTKOCaptain Oi! and more over the course of a four-decade-long career.

Their last full-length was 2001's No Mercy for You, while they had more recently released their Back in the Day EP in 2014. In popular culture, the band's song "England 5 - Germany 1" appeared in 2004 film Euro Trip, in addition to being an English football anthem.

While no official statement has been released by the band concerning Fitzsimmons's passing, condolences have been steadily pouring in from across the world of punk and hardcore, which you can find below.
