Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme has extended a second apology for his behaviour at Saturday night's (December 9) Christmas show.
As previously reported, he dismissed an account of kicking a female photographer in the head by claiming that he was "lost in performance." Now, in a video posted to Twitter, he has issued a further apology.
In his video message, Homme acknowledged that he kicked a camera held by photographer Chelsea Lauren, later learning that it had hit her in the face.
"I don't have any excuse or reason to justify what I did," he said in the video. "I was a total dick, and I hope you're okay. I've made a lot of mistakes in my life and last night was definitely one of them."
He goes on to apologize to his family and bandmates for embarrassing them, and failing to live up to his own standards of being "a good man."

The clip was posted following Lauren's own update via social media yesterday (December 10), in which she claimed no one from Queens of the Stone Age had directly reached out to her.
On Instagram, she shared photos of the show, and described her current condition. "My neck is a sore, my eyebrow bruised and I'm a bit nauseous," she wrote.
"Assault in any form is not okay, no matter what the reasoning," the caption continues. "Alcohol and drugs are no excuse. I was where I was allowed to be, I was not breaking any rules. I was simply trying to do my job."
