Queens of the Stone Age have announced their eighth album. In Times New Roman… is out June 16 through Matator, and the band have shared the lead single "Emotion Sickness."

A press release calls the album "raw, at times brutal and not recommended for the faint of heart." It features band leader Josh Homme accompanied by Troy Van Leeuwen, Dean Fertita, Michael Shuman and Jon Theodore.

The album was recorded at Homme's (now-former) studio Pink Duck, with additional tracking done at Rick Rubin's Shangri-La studio in Los Angeles. It was self-produced by the band and mixed by returning collaborator Mark Rankin (who has worked on the past couple Queens albums).

Check out "Emotion Sickness" below, and see In Times New Roman…'s 10-song tracklist below that. A video for "Emotion Sickness" arrives tomorrow (May 12). The album is available to pre-order here.
