PS I Love You and Diamond Rings Join Forces for New Single

BY Alex HudsonPublished Feb 15, 2011

Later this month, pop rock cohorts PS I Love You and Diamond Rings will embark upon a joint North American tour, which includes a number of Canadian dates. Now, PS I Love You are getting set to roll out a new single, which will feature Diamond Rings mastermind John O'Regan on lead vocals.

The A-side is called "Leftovers," and it sounds like exactly like you would expect from these two artists: the jagged fuzz rock of PS I Love You overlaid with O'Regan's crooning baritone. At 5:24, it's longer than any song from either PS I Love You's Meet Me at the Muster Station or Diamond Rings' Special Affections (both of which earned a place on our top pop & rock albums of 2010 list).

On the flip, the single will include the PS I Love You B-sides "A-D" and "Mystery Shirt."

The "Leftovers" single will come out digitally on February 22 and as a seven-inch on March 29 via Paper Bag. You can download the A-side here
