Yesterday (June 3), PS I Love You hid a cassette copy of their new album in Toronto's Trinity Bellwoods Park. For those of us who weren't lucky enough to find the tape, the fuzzy rock duo have now shared the full details of For Those Who Stay, which will be out on July 22 through Paper Bag Records.
The album was made following frontman Paul Saulnier move from his hometown of Kingston to Toronto, although the band went back to Kingston to record it at the Bathouse studio. This was the first time they had recorded in a proper studio.
While in the facility, PS I Love You had plenty of time to use the high-quality gear. "And I think we made a very indulgent and decadent album because of it," Saulnier said in a statement.
The nine-song tracklist is below. Scroll past that to hear the previously released cut "For Those Who Stay," along with a new Teen Daze remix of the same track.
