Prozzäk Keep It 'Forever 1999' with New Album and Canadian Tour

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Jan 18, 2017

Animated Canadian duo Prozzäk were the epitome of Internet culture in 1999, and they're harkening back to the glory days with a brand new album. The new LP is called Forever 1999, and it's out on March 31 (yes, of 2017).

Despite the nostalgic title, the record is injected with some more up-to-date references than "www.nevergetoveryou" — in fact, the debut single is going by the name "Love Me Tinder," and it's set to land next month.

The LP marks the first album from Prozzäk since 2005's Cruel Cruel World, though the two-piece did unveil new songs "Baby I Need Your Love" and "Love Fools Anonymous" over the last couple years.

In conjunction with the new music, Simon & Milo will be touring across Canada in March and April. Things will kick off in Ottawa on March 30, then head west, eventually ending up in Victoria on April 16. Check out the full list of upcoming live dates below.

While we await full album details and the dating app-inspired new single, you can relive "Sucks to Be You" at the bottom of the page — though clearly that message no longer rings true for Prozzäk fans.
