Last week, Rody Walker made his solo debut with three-song EP Sharks Fly, and the Protest the Hero vocalist is wasting no time in sharing plans for a full-length follow-up.

On Twitter yesterday (March 1), Walker confirmed that a new eight-song record would arrive "at the end of March," and today confirmed that it would arrive March 28.
That date appears to have been confirmed by a pre-order listing for an eight-song album called Home Made, found through Apple Music by Walker's listeners. Song titles on the new collection include "Hey Roddy," "If You Light the Way" and "Old Cassette."

Sharks Fly, which you can stream and purchase below, finds Walker performing all instruments and getting a vocal assist from sister-in-law Julianne Bernard on closer "Summer '06." The three-song EP was mixed by Derya Nagle.

In 2020, Walker and his Protest the Hero bandmates released their fifth studio album Palimpsest. The vocalist also shared a holiday EP with Mystery Weekend, marking a follow-up to that group's 2017 debut Surprise!
