Prince's 1987 album Sign o' the Times is getting treated to an expanded reissue, complete with 63 previously unreleased tracks and a complete, previously unreleased concert film.
The reissue will arrive in September through Warner in a variety of formats, headed up by a 13-LP/DVD Super Deluxe edition.
As you'll find with the lengthy tracklist below, the set will feature a remastered Sign o' the Times alongside single mixes and edits, a load of tracks from the vault, and a complete live performance in Utrecht from the 1987 "Sign o' the Times Tour."
The DVD included in the package features Prince's previously unreleased New Year's Eve 1987 benefit concert at Paisley Park, which features a live collaboration with Miles Davis.
The Super Deluxe package is rounded out by a 120-page hardcover book featuring handwritten lyrics, unseen images from the era, and images of archive assets including original analog tape reels and studio tracking sheets. The book also includes liner notes from Dave Chappelle, Lenny Kravitz, Prince's longtime engineer Susan Rogers and more.
A Deluxe Edition and a double-disc version of the remastered album are also available, and will arrive September 23, while the Super Deluxe edition will touch down September 25. Pre-orders are now ongoing through Prince's website.
