Prince Celebrates His Arrival to Facebook with the Worst Q&A Session Ever

BY Alex HudsonPublished Oct 1, 2014

Prince has been notorious for his anti-internet stance, but having released two new albums this week, the Purple One finally sucked it up and joined Facebook. Evidently he hasn't entirely adjusted to the social media platform, however, since he hosted what stands as one of the worst Q&A sessions we've ever seen.

The page was launched yesterday (September 30), and as of press time already has over 1.7 million "likes." Prince celebrated his arrival by announcing a Q&A session, and the post has got over 11.5 thousand comments, many of them questions for the iconic funkster.

As Consequence of the Sound points out, however, of all these questions, Prince has answered just one query: "Please address the importance of ALL music being tuned to 432hz sound frequencies?" Three hours after after this question (which isn't really a question, despite the question mark), Prince responded by writing "The Gold Standard" and linking to an article about sound frequencies.

That was 19 hours ago, and Prince still hasn't responded to any more questions. This is a shame, since we've got a question we'd like to ask: "Why are you making this Q&A session so terrible?"

In lieu of him answering any more questions, his new albums Art Official Age and Plectrumelectrum can be heard here.
