In 2014, rapper Royce Da 5'9" teamed up with legendary producer DJ Premier to form PRhyme. They soon released their excellent self-titled debut and quickly started teasing a deluxe edition way back in January. Finally, details of the release have emerged.
The deluxe edition of PRhyme will arrive on December 11. It will feature guest appearances from Joey Bada$$, the Roots' Black Thought and Logic.
It will also include the song "Highs and Lows," which features Little Brother's Phonte and DOOM. The track was premiered on Beats 1 radio earlier today (November 24) and can be streamed below.
It's unclear if this is still true, but when we first reported on the deluxe album in January, DJ Premier had told the New York Observer it would also arrive in a vinyl box set. "We're putting that out on 45-inch box set and digital," he said.
