Pissed Jeans Announce First Tour of 2010, Play Montreal and Toronto

BY Josiah HughesPublished Jan 20, 2010

Pissed Jeans' epic third album King of Jeans was one of the best punk records of 2009, but rather than rest on their laurels, the brooding hardcore fiends have announced a string of tour dates for 2010. Needless to say, we're wetting ourselves with excitement.

The run of dates kicks off in New Jersey on March 12, but only really gets going in April with a series of East coast stops. Pissed Jeans will also hit up Canada, playing Montreal's Casa Del Popolo and Toronto's Horseshoe Tavern on April 11 and 12, respectively.

The last time Pissed Jeans played in Canada, we reported that front-man Matt Korvette "strutted and flailed, making a phallus out of a large amp head by holding it between his legs, trying to jam his microphone into his bellybutton, and then conjuring a dime from behind the ear of a delighted front-row concertgoer." Is that really something you want to miss?
