Pimps

The Pimps come racing out of the starting gate with some serious points against them - the bad band name, the very overdone "high school yearbook photos" art motif - and those funk beats and light raps in the first song ain't winning me over. This does reach some level of heaviness, although it's more Slipknot heavy than honest metal heavy. Shit, duck, here comes the ska part! Will be a hit at Oz-fest I'm sure, and it's harmless enough, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, ever.
