Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs — that's seven Pigs — have announced a North American tour kicking off in March that will bring them to Canada for a pair of dates.
Touring behind forthcoming album Land of Sleeper, the follow-up to 2020's Viscerals arriving on February 17 through Missing Piece Group Records, the band will hit the road on March 11 in Brooklyn before immediately heading south for SXSW.
From there, they'll head west, eventually making their way across the border for a show at Vancouver's Wise Hall on March 26. Following a stop in Chicago, the band will visit Toronto's Garrison on March 29, before heading back south of the border to wrap up the tour with a handful of eastern dates. Tickets for the tour are on sale now here.
To further preview the record after sharing first single "Mr Medicine" late last year, the band have returned with a new video for "Ultimate Hammer." The live performance clip is a joint effort from Mat Fleming, Chris Bate, Tyler Allan and Adam Ian Sykes and John O'Carroll.
"Everything at the moment feels like it's moving at one hell of a speed," vocalist Matt Baty said in a statement. "Momentous events pass by in the blink of an eye while we try to keep our heads steady on a planet spinning roughly 1,000 miles per hour. Maybe it's always been this way but it sure is hard not to feel dizzy. What a time to be alive."
