Phoenix played the unveiling of their Bankrupt! LP quite cryptically, but the French pop-rock crew are being much more direct with a North American tour announcement.
The trip kicks off March 28 at Vancouver's Queen Elizabeth Theatre, but this is the only Canadian date this time around. The band will head down the U.S. West Coast from there and cap their North American trip with a pair of spread-out performances at the two Coachella weekends. A proper release date has yet been pegged for Bankrupt!, but it's expected to drop sometime in April through Glassnote Records.
UPDATE: It's now been confirmed that Mac DeMarco will be opening for Phoenix during their North American tour.
