Peter Frampton has announced that he will be retiring from life onstage, but before he goes, the rock icon will be embarking on a farewell tour.
The extensive North American trip is coming under the banner of the "Finale the Farewell Tour." It will kick off in mid-June and head deep into October.
In addition to a pile of U.S. stops, Frampton will also head to Canada for a pair of festival dates included as part of the run. Those Canadian performances will take place at Montreal's International Jazz Festival on July 5 and at the recently announced Roxodus music festival in Stayner, ON, on July 13.
Select dates on the tour will feature Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Evening, as well as Frampton's son Julian Frampton.
