Pete Doherty was arrested again in Paris, for the second time in 48 hours.

The Libertines and Babyshambles frontman was reportedly celebrating his release from police custody on Sunday evening (November 10), after he was arrested for attempting to buy cocaine on Friday morning (November 8).

As The Guardian reports, Doherty went out drinking in his pyjamas post-detainment and was allegedly seen in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighbourhood fighting with a 19-year-old male. The young man reportedly filed a complaint with local police.

Doherty now faces charges of violence by a person in a state of drunkenness.

A lawyer for the singer told The Guardian that Doherty has been out to "celebrate his liberation in a bar near him," and "he drank and people made him drink."

The Libertines are slated to embark on a European tour starting on November 17. At this time, none of the upcoming dates have been affected by Doherty's arrests.
