Paul McCartney Teams Up with 'Halo' Developers for New Project
Not too many 70-year-olds are as up to date with the latest videogames as Paul McCartney. Back in 2009, his image and music were used in The Beatles Rock Band, and soon, McCartney's music will once again be used in a videogame.

This time around, he's composing original music for a game. He tweeted on Saturday (July 7), "I'm really excited to be working on writing music with @bungie, the studio that made Halo." This message was posted alongside a photo of McCartney (see above) sitting in front of a computer screen, presumably discussing the videogame.

We currently don't know much else about the project, but Rolling Stone points out that it definitely won't be Halo 4, since that game is being made by another studio. Meanwhile, GameZone notes that the next game from Bungie is code-named Destiny.

It remains to be seen what McCartney's musical contributions will sound like, but we're guessing that it will be a major change of pace after this year's jazz-pop album Kisses on the Bottom.
