Passion Pit's new Gossamer LP comes out in just a couple of weeks, and the band have offered up yet another sample of the set, via the previously teased R&B number "Constant Conversations."
True, the slow-jam eases into its groove with a slow-clap beat and has some sensually oozing female background vocals. But between the synth-spiked number's anthemic whoa-oh-oh chorus and Michael Angelakos's schmaltzy showtune falsetto, the tune plays more like MGMT tweaking the Supertramp template.
