Though Parquet Courts' latest EP has the indie rock band praising Monastic Living, the New York crew are taking their show to the masses. In addition to starting a North American road trip tomorrow (November 5), they've added a bunch of dates that will keep them busy in 2016.
As previously reported, the outfit's next trip brings them around various U.S. venues, but will also have them hitting Quebec City, Montreal and Toronto by December. Now, a press release delivered today (November 4) confirms that an additional leg of dates has been added for February and March.
The latest reveals likewise have Parquet Courts crossing over into Canada, with up-north appearances now scheduled to take place in Calgary and Vancouver. You'll get the full breakdown down below.
While Monastic Living had originally been set to land November 13, the official release has now been pushed to November 27. It will be released worldwide by Rough Trade. The group had previously worked with the label in Europe, but the forthcoming mini-collection is the first Parquet Courts release to be handled around the globe by Rough Trade.
