Published May 11, 2015There's currently almost no information available about the band P'ARIS — just some newly opened social media accounts and a photo of a couple of faceless guys. Now, the new project has unveiled its debut video for a track called "Heaven + High Water."
The song mixes tightly wound rhythmic syncopations with jittery synth-pop hooks before ending with a whirring, dubby breakdown. It was produced by P'ARIS along with Vancouver electronic artist Ekali. The accompanying clip doesn't shed much like on the folks behind P'ARIS, since it consists of spinning sparks and disorienting spirals of light, while someone wears a welder's mask.
