While the future of Paramore remains uncertain after they wiped their socials and dropped out of a festival (sources have recently alleged to Variety that the band are not breaking up after completing their contract with Atlantic Records), we are more than certain about the trio's reverence for Talking Heads.
Following last year's 4K restoration of the perfection that is Stop Making Sense, A24 is hinting at the release of a tribute album featuring "16 tracks from 16 artists" — and the first one is a rendition of the classic "Burning Down the House" by Paramore.
The film production company shared a teaser video of the cover on Instagram today, which references plenty of iconic moments from Stop Making Sense (yes, that big suit is present and accounted for) and includes a snippet of the band's cover. Spoiler alert: it sounds dope as hell.
