Papa Roach Beg Anonymous to Save Their Facebook from Hackers

California nü metal daddies Papa Roach have found themselves in a bit of an online pickle, as the last eight hours or so has seen their Facebook page overrun with hackers. After hours of waiting, they've finally reached their, well, last resort — reaching out to elusive online hacker network Anonymous for help.

Presumably because they used an obvious password like "password1" or "cutmylifeintopieces69," the group's Facebook has been filled with weird clickbait articles about gross body problems and weird celebrity obsessions. The posts keep getting deleted, but others quickly pop up.

Hoping to get some assistance from a worldwide network of hacktivists, the Roach reached out to Anonymous with a desperate plea:
 
Whether or not the legion opts to take a break from fighting institutional corruption and help out a down-on-their-luck nü metal band is yet to be seen.
