Panic! at the Disco Announce New Album 'Viva Las Vengeance,' Share Title Track and Tour Dates

The band will play in Toronto and Montreal this September

Proving that there's still ample material in being alarmed at parties, Panic! at the Disco are back with their seventh studio album.

Viva Las Vengeance arrives on August 19 via Fueled by Ramen/DCD2 Records. It follows 2018's Pray for the Wicked, as well as bandleader — and entire band, really — Brendon Urie's appearance on "ME!", the lead single for Taylor Swift's 2019 album Lover.

"Viva Las Vengeance is a look back at who I was 17 years ago and who I am now with the fondness I didn't have before," the notorious guy said in a release. The album marked a change in his process: he recorded everything live to tape alongside his friends and production partners, Jake Sinclair and Mike Viola.

Urie added: "I didn't realize I was making an album and there was something about the tape machine that kept me honest."

And today, he honestly shares the album's title track, as well as dates for a world tour. The North American leg of the trek includes stops at Toronto's Scotiabank Arena on September 25 and Montreal's Bell Centre on September 27, where the band will be joined by MARINA and Jake Wesley Rogers. Tickets go on sale next Wednesday (June 8) at 10 a.m. local time.
