Panda Bear's new album Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper isn't strictly Halloween-themed, but the title certainly has some spooky implications. Now, the Animal Collective member has unveiled an exceptionally sinister album trailer.
In the clip, we see a figure in a cloak and skeletal face paint cradling — appropriately enough — a stuffed panda bear and making a throat-slitting gesture. The visuals then go haywire with an assault of flashing colours and squalling synths, and the album title and release date flash up on the screen.
