Pains of Being Pure at Heart/Depreciation Guild's Christoph Hochheim Goes Solo as Ablebody
Christoph Hochheim used to man the guitar for the Pains of Being Pure at Heart and the Depreciation Guild, but now the Los Angeles-based musician records solo works under the name Ablebody. It's under this banner that he will self-release his new EP, All My Everybody, on January 29.

The EP features drumming by Hochheim's brother Anton. According to a statement, the five songs explore "the world of indoors." Check out the album cover above the tracklist below.

For a taste of what this EP will sound like, listen to the single "Sally Hot Jazz" below. It's a woozy dream pop track with Morrissey-esque crooning that gets a little wonkier and noisier towards the end.

Head over to Ablebody's SoundCloud page to hear various remixes and demos.
