Published May 10, 2011We already heard that Vancouver garage blues duo the Pack A.D. were slated to hit the studio with renowned Detroit producer Jim Diamond. But before we hear a new album from Becky Black and Maya Miller, they will hit the road for an extensive cross-Canada tour.
The outing will take the band from British Columbia to the East Coast and back. They be hitting up major cities like Vancouver, Montreal, and Ottawa, plus smaller towns like Nakusp, BC, and Bengough, SK. There are a number of festival dates too, so be sure to scroll down to check out the schedule
Along the way, the band will be previewing new material from their upcoming fourth LP, due to drop this fall.
To help spread the word, the duo are asking fans to send a postcard or letter describing their favourite road trip story. The best three submissions will win a Pack A.D. prize pack including signed vinyl and other goodies. If you include a return address, the band may even mail you back.
