Ozzy Osbourne is once again being forced to cancel a series of upcoming tour dates due to his ailing health. This time, it's all his concerts in Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

This leg of his tour was set to kick off on March 9, but all shows in those countries are now cancelled, a press release confirms. This comes after Osbourne was recently hospitalized and forced to postpone an entire European tour.

"Ozzy recently developed pneumonia and has spent some time in hospital. Thankfully he is now through the worst part," said wife/manager Sharon Osbourne in a statement. "His doctors have advised that he stay at home to recuperate for a full six weeks with no travel."

At this point, Osbourne is still scheduled to return to North America this spring, but stay tuned for any updates. The first date on that run of shows is May 29.
