The Ottawa Bluesfest is one of the biggest annual events on the city's music calendar, but Canada's capital city will host another high-profile event just a couple months later with the Ottawa Folk Festival. The 20th edition runs from September 4 to 8 at Hog's Back Park.

The lineup is impressive to say the least. Among the artists who will be taking part in the five-day extravaganza are Neil Young & Crazy Horse, Vampire Weekend, Kendrick Lamar, Patti Smith, Colin Meloy (of the Decemberists), the Sheepdogs, Shad, Hayden, Sondre Lerche, Mac DeMarco, Carolina Chocolate Drops, Emmylou Harris & Rodney Crowell, Beth Orton, Robyn Hitchcock, the Avett Brothers, Hey Ocean!, Leif Vollebekk, the Belle Game, Wake Owl, Folly and the Hunter, the Wailers, Mo Kenney, and more.

Early bird tickets are currently available, with full festival wristbands going for $128.50. These are available until Friday (June 14) or until quantities last. Starting on Saturday (June 15), standard wristbands will go for $148.50. They can be purchased here.
