Having whet our appetite by confirming the Black Keys as headliners for Osheaga's 2012 instalment, the organizers of the Montreal music festival just made us even more excited by announcing a number of other high-profile acts who will be playing this year's event between August 3 and 5.
In a tweet posted last night (March 15), the organizers revealed, "OSHEAGA 2012: Florence and the Machine, the Shins, Amadou & Mariam, Justice, M83."
They also noted that the rest of the lineup will be revealed on Tuesday (March 20), so we won't have long to wait before the rest of the details are confirmed.
The funny part is that a couple of the biggest names here -- Florence and the Machine and M83 -- were actually on that fake festival poster that circulated earlier this month. We can't wait to see if any of the other predictions from that poster come true. (Aqua? 98 Degrees? Korn?)
