The band have been preparing for the release of their new album Romance next week. It's set to come out on March 9 and can be preordered here.
Oneida will still play their scheduled album release show with a different drummer filling in for Kid Millions, but other than that they will reschedule all forthcoming tour dates.
Read their official statements below.

In the spirit of community & uplift, Oneida will play their album release show this Sat, 3/3, at Brooklyn's Secret Project Robot without Kid; but scheduled tour dates for March will be postponed until his recovery. (2/3)— Oneida (@oneida_official) March 2, 2018
