There's growing evidence that all celebrities will eventually be swept up into Dick Wolf's TV universe. Following the news that E.T.'s Elliott plans to play a sex criminal on Law & Order: SVU, Dick Wolf's pop cultural omnipresence has expanded to the world of pop music.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Wolf-man has joined forces with former One Direction member and current solo star Zayn Malik to write a new show.
While details are scarce, the show is reportedly titled Boys and will document the highs and lows of being in a successful boy band. If they incorporate some weird One Direction slashfic, this will be one hell of a show.
Assuming it makes it to hair, Boys will be an hour-long drama. It's being prepped for NBC.
