Synth-y Seattle duo ODESZA are prepping a deluxe edition of last year's In Return, and this includes a notable new collaboration: Swedish faves Little Dragon appear on the song "Light."
The track features Little Dragon's Yukimi Nagano on lead vocals. Her soulful coos are supported by a mellow, swaggering drum machine groove and a twinkling sheen of softly glimmering synths, plus some EDM-style chord swells in the chorus. Hear the song below [via Pitchfork].
The deluxe version of In Return will arrive on September 18 through Counter Records. In addition to "Light," the original album will come boosted with three live recordings ("IPlayYouListen," "Bloom" and the Zyra-aided "Say My Name"), plus an instrumental version of the whole album. Furthermore, "Light" will be issued as a separate vinyl EP edition containing an instrumental version and the aforementioned three live tracks.
