Odd Future Rush Crowd After Tyler, the Creator Beaned by Bottle in Austin

As previously reported, Odd Future's performance at Austin's Fun Fun Fun Fest last night (November 6) was intended to be "for the fans," not photographers, but the hip-hop troupe still faced adversity in the form of a lobbed water bottle, which promptly whammed leader Tyler, the Creator in the face.

As you can see in the video below, courtesy of TMZ, the group had just started performing "Orange Juice" when a projectile comes flying from way deep in the crowd, beaning the Creator right in his mug. Almost immediately, the group then surge into the crowd to find the culprit. It's unclear whether or not the band found the prankster.

According to a fairly negative review from Austin 360, that wasn't the only uncomfortable moment of the set, adding that on top of the bottle kerfuffle, "everyone holding a microphone [took] extreme offence at a male-specific sex toy that was thrown onto the stage, with none of them wanting to touch or go near it."
