Its been almost a year since Vancouver-based White Whale recording artists Octoberman released Run From Safety, and theyve certainly done their share of touring, which included stops at SXSW, NXNE and Vancouvers Music Waste festival.
Still, the touring bug hasnt left their system, as the band have announced a summer cross Canada tour that leads up to some fall dates through Europe.
Band-leader Marcus Morrissette recently gave an update on the bands recording status via their MySpace page, saying, "We just finished mixing 8 songs w/ dave draves in ottawa. things are sounding different: more live/raw/noisy/moody/choppy. still gonna do some quieter numbers w/ larry crane in portland in july to make it round.
