Oblivians Announce North American Tour Dates, Play Vancouver

BY Alex HudsonPublished May 6, 2013

Memphis punks Oblivians recently announced that they had reunited for their first album since the '90s, and now they've booked a batch of North American tour dates in support of Desperation.

The comeback album arrives on May 28 through In the Red Records, and the band will hit the road soon after. The schedule is relatively modest so far, since it consists of a couple of festival stops in the eastern U.S. and a brief July tour on the West Coast. This includes a single Canadian stop on July 11 in Vancouver.

See the schedule below. In a Facebook post, the band specified that this is only "some" of the group's upcoming live schedule and that more gigs will be announced soon.
