In the latest episode of Exclaim! TV's Aggressive Tendencies series, we feature Montreal/Ottawa metalcore troupe Obey the Brave.
During a recent stop at Toronto's Danforth Music Hall while on tour with Emmure and Whitechapel, Exclaim! TV caught up with Obey the Brave vocalist Alex Erian. He talked about their debut record, Young Blood, the positivity behind it and the different backgrounds that the members bring to the band, which include Despised Icon, Blind Witness and Darkness Rites. Erian also discussed what it's like to have their first record released by both Distort and Epitaph, and how he feels about the current French-Canadian metal scene.
