According to a story from AllHipHop.com, U.S. presidential hopeful Barack Obama is not impressed with a recent Ludacris dedication song that insults John McCain, Hilary Clinton and George Bush.

The song "Politics: Obama Is Here,” which can be streamed here, takes aim at anyone standing in the way of Obama’s presidency, with lines like, "Paint the White House black and I’m sure that’s got ‘em terrified/McCain don’t belong in ANY chair unless he’s paralyzed/Yeah I said it cause Bush is mentally handicapped/Ball up all of his speeches and I throw ’em like candy wrap” as well as, "Hillary hated on you/So that bitch is irrelevant.”

Obama’s camp addressed their distance from the song. "As Barack Obama has said many, many times in the past, rap lyrics today too often perpetuate misogyny, materialism and degrading images that he doesn’t want his daughters or any children exposed to,” Obama’s spokesman Bill Burton said in a press release. "This song is not only outrageously offensive to Senator Clinton, Reverend Jackson, Senator McCain and President Bush, it is offensive to all of us who are trying to raise our children with values we hold dear. While Ludacris is a talented individual he should be ashamed of these lyrics.”

Theater of the Mind, Ludacris’ sixth solo LP, is scheduled for release on October 21.
