Northern Pikes Truest Inspiration

Apparently, this Saskatoon-based band garnered a good deal of success within this country, starting in the '80s through to the early '90s, until they ceased to exist as a unit. During the compiling process of their 1999 released greatest hits package, entitled Hits and Assorted Secrets 1984-1993, the band mused themselves with the idea of giving it the old college try by reforming to create a new album. Add in some nouveau electronic stitches underneath their patriotic sense of wellbeing and playfulness and you, the expectant fan of unornamented Canadian rock, will be fed with a mature and acceptable compact disc to get you through your day at the office.
