NOFX's Fat Mike Enters Vacation Home Market with Vegas Punk House

NOFX frontman and Fat Wreck head Fat Mike has clearly made a decent living out of his hard-partying livestyle and wicked bass manoeuvres. After selling his San Francisco home for $5 million in 2009, the not-so-fat punk rocker is back in the property game, this time opting to rent out his Las Vegas property as a punk-themed vacation home for Vegas travellers.

Simply called the Vegas Punk House, Fat Mike's Las Vegas home is up for rent. As he explains on the house's website, "This isn't the house that I live and sleep in; it's the house that I visit and don't sleep in. It's my house that's for adults that live like teenagers."

He goes on to explain the house's features, including three bedrooms that can comfortably sleep ten, as well as a full kitchen, a sunken living room with a bar, a poker table room, a game room with pinball and a pool table. In keeping with the punk theme, vacationers also get access to a house record collection and a chance to peer at the thousands of old punk flyers that decorate the walls.

Outside the house, there's a salt water pool, a hot tub, a water slide, a tiki hut and a nine-hole putting green. As Fat Mike puts it, "That's a lot of cool shit... for a foreclosure."

Located within walking distance of the main strip in Vegas, this is a crazy-awesome vacation home. Prices are only revealed if serious applicants get in touch, but it is said to be affordable when divided by large groups.
