Noel Gallagher has announced plans for a new book titled Any Road Will Get Us There (If We Don't Know Where We're Going). It's due out November 1 via Bonnier Books.

The book was penned by Hamish MacBain, as told by Gallagher, and it goes into behind-the-scenes detail of the latest High Flying Birds record Who Built the Moon? and the band's recent 72-date world tour.

In addition to interviews with Gallagher and contributions from his current bandmates, the book also includes photos by Sharon Latham (as selected by Gallagher).

"This is the book that fans have been waiting a long time for — the first and only official book from Noel Gallagher," publishing director Kelly Ellis said in a press release. "It's been a phenomenal year for Noel and the magic of it all has been captured beautifully by Sharon. It's an intimate insight into life on the road for one of the world's biggest artists. The band clearly had a lot of fun and I know fans will too when they read it. "

The elder Gallagher brother will appear at a Q&A for the book in London on October 23.

For fans on this side of the Atlantic, Lena Dunham will be hosting her own Gallagher brothers live event in Los Angeles this November.
