The much-discussed new documentary Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck finally has a trailer, as fans can now get a taste of what's in store when the film airs on HBO on May 4.
The trailer shows lots of intimate home movie footage along with animations and interviews with the Nirvana singer's friends and family. The movie will include unreleased music, although you won't hear any of that here (there is, however, a rendition of "All Apologies" on chimes and a version of "Smells Like Teen Spirit" on strings).
Kurt's wife Courtney Love and daughter Frances Bean Cobain are featured extensively in the trailer, and we also see Kurt as a child. Frances Bean served as an executive producer of the film.
