Nine Inch Nails Release High-Def Footage of Final Tour

Nine Inch Nails may have played their last show but knowing Trent Reznor, the band are unlikely to remain silent for long. Already, the front-man has uploaded two high definition videos from the final Nine Inch Nails tour on the group's website: "Cars" and "Metal," both featuring Gary Numan, filmed on August 15 in London. According to the message accompanying the clips, "We're beginning work on a variety of things NIN and not-NIN related that we'll inform you of when the time is right."

One of these projects is, presumably, the collaboration that Numan alluded to last month. According to Numan, "I think he's going to be pretty busy for a while, so it'll either be later this year or early next." As for whether the two will be releasing a full LP together, he said the project will be "probably just a few songs to start with and see how it goes on. It'll be cool."

As previously reported, Reznor is also planning to release a videogame with NIN graphic designer Rob Sheridan. At this point, few details have been revealed about that project.

As for what else Reznor has in the pipeline, his latest message on Nin.com says, "Check back from time to time and who knows what you'll find." Hey, maybe there will be a DVD including even more high-def footage.
