Nicki Minaj's 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' Gets Pushed Back to April
Late last week, Nicki Minaj's hyperactive quick-cut video clip for new single "Stupid Hoe" got online hip-hop fans talking, no doubt with some salivating for the Young Money rapper's upcoming sophomore set, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, but it looks as if they'll be waiting a little longer than they'd hoped for that new record. The album's release has been pushed from its February 14 street date to early April.

The eccentric spitter took to Twitter over the weekend to deliver the blow, but repped the timing snafu as a positive, adding that the extra time will benefit us all.

"New Album Date: April 3rd. Pink Friday: ROMAN RELOADED," Minaj wrote. "But have no fear. Tons of surprises before then ;). Love Always, HB."

As is the nature of surprises, no word yet on exactly what fans should expect in the near future, but some have pointed to that Super Bowl reference in "Stupid Hoe" as, at the very least, a red herring. Regardless, maybe keep an eye on the big game between the New York Giants and the New England Patriots, February 5 in Indianapolis, IN.
