As previously reported, Islands leader and Serial theme writer Nick Thorburn is reviving his Nick Diamonds moniker to drop the follow-up to his 2011 solo LP I Am an Attic. Before the City of Quartz album arrives in full, we get another taste with the song "Witch Window."
The track's got plenty of the quirks that fans of Thorburn have become accustomed to, from busy synths through harmonizing melodies. It's a warm, soothing track that has us wanting more from the album.
