New Lil Wayne EP to Drop in September
Yes, we're all excited for Lil Wayne to get out of prison, but here's a date to look forward to before that: September 27. That's the day Weezy's co-manager, Cortez Bryant, will release a new EP featuring all-new music from the rapper, who will also celebrate his birthday that day.

In an interview with Vibe, Bryant revealed "I'm putting out a [Wayne] album called I'm Not a Human Being and I'll probably drop it on his birthday, September 27."

The EP, he continues, will likely come as a digital download. "We not about to roll out no three-month set up. I'm not even putting it out in stores. We just gonna put it out virally and maybe package it up for Christmas," he said.

The EP will act as a taster for Tha Carter IV, which is due soon after Weezy's release from prison.

However, it's not like Lil Wayne fans have gone hungry during his incarceration. The New Orleans rapper dropped verses on Drake's Thank Me Later and Eminem's Recovery during his prison stint.

According to Weezy's prison blog (visible here), there are 113 days left in his sentence.
