New Bell Orchestre Album in March

After just recently inking a deal with Arts & Crafts, Montreal's Bell Orchestre have worked out all the specifics of their sophomore effort. Titled As Seen Through Windows, the album has been given the release date of March 10 and comes with the promise of further perfecting the lush, string-led orchestration of their 2005 Juno-nominated debut, Recording a Tape the Colour of Light.

As previously reported, the Arcade Fire affiliates recorded album two with acclaimed producer John McEntire (Tortoise/Sea & Cake), who, according to the press release, helped the sextet explore "various classical styles and non-traditional musical forms to create a panoramic soundtrack, expansive and enveloping, both challenging and pleasurable to the listener."

Bell Orchestre have a few upcoming live dates already lined up for the year, and several more reportedly on the way. Here is the tracklisting for As Seen Through Windows followed by the group's tour stops confirmed so far.
