Neurosis and Converge Join Forces for North American Tour

The heavy titans will play both Toronto and Montreal on the joint trek

Last year was Neurosis's 30th anniversary, and shows with Converge gave way to a mash-up between the former's "Snakes" and the latter's Jane Doe. The world's of the two boundary-pushing bands are now once again colliding thanks to a full-on joint North American tour.

Despite just breaking a week in length, the summer tour will hit Canada twice, with the bands descending upon both Montreal and Toronto in early August. Along for much of the trek will also be Belgium post-metallers Amenra, who will make a long-awaited return from across the Atlantic.

You can see the full schedule below, where you'll also find a trailer for the joint trek.

Neurosis released their 12th LP last year with Fire Within Fires. Meanwhile, Converge have been teasing a follow-up to 2012's All We Love We Leave Behind. Vocalist Jacob Bannon told Exclaim! TV's Aggressive Tendencies back in 2015 that the music for the anticipated record was partially written and demoed at the time.
