Just over a week ago, Jacksoul front-man Haydain Neale tragically lost a seven-month battle with cancer. The singer, who passed away at the age of 39, had just put the finishing touches on SOULmate, his band's fifth album. Now, to celebrate the release of the album, and more notably, Neale's storied life, a group of Canadian artists are joining together for a memorial concert in Toronto.

The event is called Can't Stop Loving You, and will feature performances from Neale's peers in the Canadian urban music scene, including Nelly Furtado, K-os, Justin Nozuka, Divine Brown, Keshia Chante, Luke McMaster and others.

The event is taking place on December 7 at Toronto's Phoenix Concert Theatre. Tickets for the event will be on sale through Ticketmaster on Wednesday (December 2). All proceeds for the event will go towards the Haydain Neale Family Trust.

SOULmate will be hitting stores on Tuesday (December ).
